About This Support Policy

This support policy explains what support you can expect for software products and services purchased by Kiboko Labs Ltd /

By purchasing any product you agree to this support policy and our Terms of use. If there is any item you disagree with please contact us prior to purchasing any product.


  • Support is completely free for one year after your purchase.
  • We work on business days Monday - Friday.
  • We strive to answer support requests within 24 to 48 hours, usually less.
  • We are not responsible for deadlines or delays in your own projects.
  • Free support is provided for original non-modified products.
  • We can not provide support for issues on local server installations (not accessible via the internet).
  • When contacting support please make sure you provide the URL (link) where your issue can be seen.
  • Please be prepared to provide required logins and debug access.
  • Rudeness and extortion of any kind will not be tolerated. Such messages will be ignored and not replied, and the offender may forfeit further support.
  • Support is provided by email and ticketing system only. We cannot provide support by phone, Skype, instant messengers and so on.
  • Support is provided for domains you own. If you have a product with license that allows reselling the tech support for your customers is your own responsibility. We can support only our direct clients.
  • We don't outsource support and don't use chatbots (yet!). When contacting support you are most likely talking directly to the main developer of the plugin.

What Our Support Service Includes

Our support service covers products purchased from us or from our resellers. The support includes product installation, configuration, and use.

What Our Support Service Doesn't Include

The free support service does not cover support of third party products, general WordPress inquiries, design service, or server administration.

We can not teach you HTML, PHP, JavaScript or any other programming language.

The free support service does not include product customization.

Customization and Feature Requests

Customization service is subject of negotiation and is not guaranteed. If we can't provide you the customization you requested or you disagree with the quoted price we can recommend you to request customization at some of these sites:

All our products have open source code that can be easily customized. We will provide guidance and information to help you in case we don't handle your customization ourselves.
