Kiboko Labs Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with a product purchased from us you can contact us for refund within 60 days of your purchase. We will want to know the reason you are asking for refund. Please note:
- Refunds are provided if the products don't work as described. The absence of a feature that was not described or shown on the site is not a reason to request refund. We do not welcome evaluation purchases. You must evaluate the products using the online demos and sandbox or request an evaluation copy.
- Customers who were refunded once are not eligible for refunds on purchases made after that.
- We reserve the right to reject refund requests at our sole discretion in which case you will be provided reason and offered alternative solution of your problem.
- Once you were refunded you can not continue using the product.
- There is 5% processing fee on all refunds.
