Kiboko Labs Refund Policy

By purchasing any product you agree to this refund policy, our support policy and our Terms of use. If there is any item you disagree with please contact us prior to purchasing any product.

If you are unhappy with a product purchased from us you can contact us for refund within 60 days of your purchase. We will want to know the reason you are asking for refund. Please note:

  • Refunds are provided if the products don't work as described. The absence of a feature that was not described or shown on the site is not a reason to request refund. We do not welcome evaluation purchases. You must evaluate the products using the online demos and sandbox or request an evaluation copy.
  • Incompatibilities caused by your WordPress theme CSS or improperly coded JavaScripts in the theme or other plugins are not acceptable reason for refund request. You need to contact us and give us the opportunity to help you resolve the issue. If we can't help you will be refunded.
  • Customers who were refunded once are not eligible for refunds on purchases made after that.
  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests at our sole discretion in which case you will be provided reason and offered alternative solution of your problem.
  • Once you were refunded you can not continue using the product.
  • There is 5% processing fee on all refunds.
